The Beat License Agreement is entered into by “23archives.com” (Licensor) and the licensee (“licensee” or “artist”). By downloading, using, or otherwise accessing the beats from 23archives.com the licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. DEFINITIONS 

 

• Beat(s): Musical compositions, instrumentals, or productions made available by 23archives.com

• Free license: A non exclusive license allowing full commercial exploitation of the Beat(s) 

• Monetize: To earn revenue from music through streaming platforms, digital downloads, or other commercial uses 

• Distribution: Platforms such as DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or similar services used to distribute music to Spotify, Apple Music, etc. 

 

1. FREE LICENSE TERMS

By obtaining a Free License, the Artist is granted the following rights:

    

   - PERMITTED USES:

 

Create original songs using the Beat(s).

Share music videos and other content containing the Beat(s) on social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook).

Monetize YouTube views and social media content containing the beat(s).

Offer the final song as a free download to fans and audience 

 

     - RESTRICTIONS 

 

   The artist may NOT distribute or monetize music containing the Beat(s) on streaming platforms or through music distribution (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Etc.) under the free license.

 

     The Artist does NOT own the copyright to the Beat(s)

     The Beat(s) are licensed, not sold, All copyrights and ownership remain with 23archives.com

 

• Attribution requirements: 

In all public uses of the Beat(s), including social media and YouTube videos, the artist must credit:

1. COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS

 

By purchasing a Commercial License, The Artist is granted broader usage rights as follows:

 

     

Permitted Uses:

 

-All rights granted under the free license.

-Full commercial distribution rights, including:

-Streaming revenue from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.

-Digital Download sales and monetization through distributors

-unlimited monetized streams, music videos, and social media content

• The right to create and sell music containing the Beat(s) for commercial purposes.

• Additional Terms:

The commercial license is non-exclusive, meaning the Beat(s) may be licensed to other artists.

-the artists must contact 23archives.com if a major opportunity arises (e.g. label placement, Tv placement, national advertising, Etc.).
